Hi, I’m Lloyd Munyaviri – Founder of L2M Coaching & Mentoring, Leadership Coach, Teen Coach, and Advocate for Purpose-Driven Growth.

With over 1,000 hours of coaching individuals, teams, parents, and young people, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others grow with clarity, courage, and confidence. Whether you’re a leader navigating change, a parent supporting a teen, or a young person looking to find your voice, I’m here to walk alongside you.
I bring together academic expertise, lived experience, and deep professional insight. I hold a CMI Level 7 Diploma in Leadership Coaching & Mentoring, an MBA in Leadership & Management, and certifications in Life Coaching, Ikigai Coaching, and Mental Health Support. I’m also working toward EMCC Senior Practitioner accreditation and ICF recognition.
I’m proud to coach with heart and strategy – combining practical tools like emotional intelligence frameworks, feedback models, and personal development plans with a compassionate, person-centred approach.
